Job Summary

Spark Foundry is seeking an experienced AV Account Director to lead our high-performing AV team in TV, Video, and Cinema campaigns. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding results and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the Head of AV to develop and execute strategic AV plans that meet client objectives.
  • Work closely with Spark Foundry's Senior Leadership, Trading team, and PMX Senior Leadership team to navigate the AV market and share valuable insights.
  • Lead a high-performing AV team in TV, Video, and Cinema campaigns, driving impactful results through expert negotiations and data-driven decision making.
  • Develop and implement effective media planning strategies to optimize campaign performance.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative and creative environment that drives success.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an AV Account Director or similar role, with a strong track record of delivering results.
  • Expertise in media planning, buying, and negotiation, with a deep understanding of the AV market.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficient in tools such as BrandOcean/MediaExplorer, TechEdge, Excel, and PowerPoint.
