Job Summary:

Sphere Digital Recruitment is seeking an experienced AV Account Director to join our team. As an AV Account Director, you will be responsible for managing the planning, buying, and delivery of AV campaigns across TV, VOD, Cinema, and Radio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Media Planning and Buying: Develop and execute media plans that meet client objectives and deliver results.
  • Client Relationships: Foster strong relationships with key media owners and clients to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Campaign Delivery: Oversee the delivery of AV campaigns, ensuring they meet client targets and audit parameters.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of media planners and buyers to achieve campaign goals.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in AV planning and buying, with a strong understanding of media markets and trends.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, or a related field.
