About the Role

The AV Account Director will lead a team of AV experts in delivering exceptional client service and innovative media solutions for Publicis Media's clients. This role requires a strong understanding of the AV landscape and the ability to develop and execute media strategies that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of account managers and junior staff to deliver high-quality client service and media solutions.
  • Develop and execute media strategies that align with client business objectives and drive business results.
  • Collaborate with Planning and Investment teams to deliver integrated, innovative, and commercially successful plans for clients.
  • Lead managerial training on audience behavior and consumption of AV channels, including TV, VOD, and Cinema.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest innovations in the AV marketplace and apply this knowledge to drive business growth.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in AV account management and media strategy development.
  • Strong understanding of the AV landscape and ability to develop and execute media strategies that drive business results.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of AV experts.
  • Advanced negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to present complex media strategies to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Expert knowledge of the media auditing process and ability to apply this knowledge to drive business growth.
