Care Support Worker

About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at McCarthy Stone. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, enabling them to live their lives to the fullest.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality individual care to residents, promoting their independence and well-being.
- Provide housekeeping and domestic support across the estate, including apartment cleans.
- Support and encourage residents to participate in activities that promote their health and wellbeing.
- Assist with booking appointments, arranging transport, and escorting residents on visits as needed.
- Help residents with their shopping and other daily tasks.
About You:
- You will be a warm and friendly individual with a passion for making a difference in the lives of older people.
- You will have experience working in a care or support environment, with a strong focus on delivering excellent customer service.
- You will be driven to deliver high-quality care and support, with a commitment to promoting the independence and well-being of our residents.
- You will have a QCF Health and Social Care (Adults) Level 2 qualification or equivalent, although consideration will be given to candidates with alternative qualifications and relevant experience.
