The Education Manager at PeoplePlus is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to support the effective management of the curriculum. Key Responsibilities- Support the Education Manager in the management of the curriculum, ensuring it meets the needs of learners and employers.
- Lead on quality assurance and improvement, developing and encouraging an innovative and problem-solving approach to the work of the tutors.
- Develop and implement effective quality systems and processes to raise standards and meet challenging targets.
- Manage the performance of teaching staff to improve learner outcomes.
- Collaborate with the Education Manager to develop and deliver work-based programmes that meet the needs of employers and learners.
To be successful in this role, you will need to hold a relevant first degree and/or professional qualification, a teaching qualification, and significant teaching experience. You should also have a passion for education and a commitment to delivering high-quality programmes that meet the needs of learners and employers.
A driving licence and access to your own transport are essential for this role, as you will be required to travel to various locations to support the delivery of programmes.
