We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to manage and develop our Literacy Centre at Lincoln Castle Academy. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all students develop a passion for reading, which will increase their literacy skills and academic potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop the Literacy Centre to promote reading and literacy skills among students.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to increase student engagement and motivation.
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to integrate literacy skills into the curriculum.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of literacy programmes and make recommendations for improvement.
