Job Summary

This role involves assisting with the management of local projects, ensuring teams are well supported and supervised. You will be responsible for meeting performance KPI objectives, quality standards, and contractual obligations through effective management of local teams reflecting the values of Julian House.

Key Requirements
  1. Have a full driving license and access to your own car.
  2. Track record of working as part of a team in housing, health, or social care settings.
  3. Proven ability to develop supportive, empowering relationships with socially excluded clients, resulting in high-quality client service.
  4. Commitment to equality and diversity.
  5. Solutions-focused approach within projects.
  6. An enthusiastic 'can do' approach to implementing excellent service within projects.
  7. Ability and motivation to embed a recovery-focused approach and a strength-based trauma-informed approach within projects.
  8. Ability to travel.
What We Offer
