Job Overview:

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Carer to work with our residential and dementia residents at Watermeadow Grange in Topsham, Exeter.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing person-centered care and supporting residents to maintain their independence and autonomy.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality care to residents with dementia and other complex needs.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Support residents with daily living tasks, including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.

Requirements:

  • NVQ level 3 (or equivalent qualification) in health and social care.
  • 2 years' experience working with older adults and individuals with dementia.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
