About the Role:
">We are seeking a compassionate and empathetic Compassionate Care Team Member to join our team at Royal Devon University Healthcare Foundation Trust. As a Compassionate Care Team Member, you will play a vital role in providing essential support and care to patients with mental health needs.
">Key Responsibilities:

- Monitoring patients' conditions by taking temperatures, pulse, respirations, and weight.">
- Assisting in the delivery of patient care as directed by the Registered Nurse.">
- Ensuring that the patient is the prime focus when making decisions about their care and wellbeing.">
- Assisting patients with compassion when undertaking normal activities of daily living whilst ensuring that privacy, dignity, and human rights are respected.">
Requirements:

- A minimum of 6 months experience as a Mental Health Care Assistant (Qualifications required to accompany individuals with 6-12 months experience)">
- All Care support worker roles will be required to provide evidence of completing the Care Certificate or a relevant qualification.">
