We are seeking a dedicated Senior Foster Care Specialist to join our iPeople Solutions team. As a Supervising Social Worker, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality assessments and support for our foster carers in Devon.

Foster carer supervisions and ongoing support are key aspects of this role. You will ensure they have the necessary resources and skills to provide a nurturing environment. Additionally, comprehensive annual reviews will be completed to assess the effectiveness of our foster care services.

As part of this position, regular unannounced visits to foster carers will be conducted to monitor the well-being of the children in their care. Active participation in meetings, such as child-in-care reviews and risk assessment meetings, is also required to ensure the safety and wellbeing of children.

A competitive salary of $44 per hour is offered, along with $150 per week expenses. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for improving children's life chances and have strong IT skills.
