Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Senior Child Welfare Specialist to join our team at Sheldon Phillips Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a passion for supporting vulnerable children and young people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting Children and Young People: Establish trusting relationships with children and young people, advocating for their needs and aspirations in care plans.
  • Foster Care and Family Support: Provide guidance and support to foster carers and families, helping them create a nurturing environment for children in care.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues, health professionals, educators, and other agencies to provide holistic care and support.

Requirements:

  1. Social Work England Registration;
  2. Social Work Qualification;
  3. Right to Work in the UK;
  4. At least completed an ASYE in Children's Services.

The estimated salary for this role is up to £44 per hour, based on national standards.
