The IT AV Technician role at AD WARRIOR is an exciting opportunity to join our team of experts in providing top-notch technical support and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Support: Provide timely and effective technical support to staff and pupils, ensuring minimal disruption to their work.
  • AV Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and ensure the optimal working condition of the school's AV equipment, including setup and support for events.
  • User Computing Environment: Maintain an optimally working user computing environment, ensuring staff and pupils have access to the necessary tools and resources.
  • IT Helpdesk Management: Monitor and process the IT helpdesk system, ensuring prompt resolution of technical issues.
  • Software Deployment: Deploy and maintain software to school PCs, ensuring up-to-date and secure systems.
  • Hardware Management: Ensure key hardware devices are available to end-users, including PCs, monitors, printers, and AV equipment.

Requirements:

  • Technical Expertise: Excellent technical skills, including experience with Microsoft products and AV equipment.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with staff and pupils.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work flexibly, including occasional evening and weekend work.
  • Continuous Learning: Commitment to ongoing professional development, with a desire to further develop technical skills.
