Key Role in Identity Management

This Identity & Access Management Engineer position will see you manage access control policies, user provisioning, SSO, and MFA solutions; oversee regulatory compliance; conduct audits; and support IAM processes.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years' experience in IAM and Information Security management roles, strong knowledge of security infrastructure, familiarity with security frameworks and compliance standards, and a proactive approach to improving processes.

As a hybrid role, you'll work from the office in Oxford, with a minimum of 3 days a week, and enjoy a salary of £60,000 - £65,000, plus great benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage access control policies and user provisioning
  • Implement SSO and MFA solutions
  • Oversee regulatory compliance and conduct audits
  • Support IAM processes and improve security infrastructure

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience in IAM and Information Security management
  • Strong knowledge of security infrastructure and frameworks
  • Familiarity with compliance standards and proactive approach

Benefits:
