  • Job Summary: We are seeking an accomplished Senior IT Services Consultant to join our team at Air IT. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality IT projects, working closely with our Project Management Office to ensure efficient and successful project completion, in line with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and agreed timelines.
  • Key Responsibilities: As a Senior IT Services Consultant, you will be responsible for:
    • Delivering customer projects to a high standard and within set timelines.
    • Collaborating with our Project Management Office to schedule work for customers and ensure smooth running of IT projects.
    • Reviewing scope of works prior to commencing project, reporting any issues back to management or PMO.
    • Maintaining information security by complying with the company's Information Security Management System (ISMS) and all relevant policies.
  • Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need:
    • IT project delivery experience.
    • Experience in administering and supporting the latest Microsoft technologies.
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
    • A current, valid driving licence.
    • Microsoft Windows Server Operating Systems (2008-2022).
    • Microsoft Exchange Server 2010-2019.
    • Microsoft Windows Hyper-V/VMware vSphere and vCentre.
    • Microsoft 365 experience in email migrations, InTune deployment, Azure Information Protection, and related technologies.
