At Tottenham Hotspur Football Club, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR & Fleet Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR team, ensuring that all employee lifecycle processes are completed efficiently and effectively.
Fleet Administration:
- Maintain and update the Fleet Master tracker, ensuring that all vehicles owned or hired by the Club are accurately recorded.
- Manage pool car bookings, log driver usage, and communicate with Payroll regarding any deductions.
- Review and update the Driving Policy and the Drivers Code of conduct as required.
- Ensure all documentation is kept up to date in the Fleet folders.
HR Administration:
- Support the team with employee lifecycle processes, including starters, leavers, and probation.
- Run monthly reports for the Foundation, including starters, leavers, sickness, and probation.
- Manage the HR inbox, responding to queries in a timely and customer-focused manner.
- Support the Foundation HR Manager with volunteer management.
