About the Job
We are seeking a Clinical Skills Utilizer to join our team as a Functional Assessor. This is an exciting opportunity for healthcare professionals to utilize their skills in a different capacity and make a positive impact on people's lives.

Key Responsibilities
* Conduct thorough assessments of claimants' health conditions or disabilities
* Evaluate how these conditions affect their day-to-day activities
* Create comprehensive reports of evidence gathered for each claimant, every day

Salary and Benefits
* Competitive salary: £38,500 per annum (pro rata for part-time) plus a 5% retention bonus
* Potential salary increases: £39,900 plus up to 10% bonus on achieving remote approved status, £41,500 plus up to 10% bonus on achieving face-to-face delivery
* Comprehensive training and development programme, including a 12-week training course and ongoing mentorship

Requirements
* One year's post-registration experience as a nurse, occupational therapist, physiotherapist, or paramedic
* Fully registered with a relevant UK regulatory body (NMC, HCPC, or other), without restriction or conditions, and with a valid PIN
* Excellent observational and communication skills, including the ability to listen, empathize, and dig deeper
* Ability to type at a minimum of 30 words per minute
* Demonstrable experience with using IT and Microsoft Office, as well as remotely accessing systems such as MS Teams

Training and Development
* A 12-week training programme (Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm) with time set aside for self-development learning
* Ongoing mentorship and close support during the first six months
