GAIA RECRUITMENT LIMITED is hiring a Clinical Reviewer to contribute to our disability assessment team. As a healthcare specialist, you will conduct thorough assessments to determine how health conditions and disabilities affect individuals' daily lives.

Your key responsibilities will include conducting face-to-face, video, telephone, or paper-based assessments to evaluate claimants' health conditions or disabilities. You will also create comprehensive reports (3,000-4,000 words) based on your observations and analysis of clinical information and supporting evidence.

We offer a supportive work environment, with a comprehensive 12-week training program and ongoing mentorship. In return for your hard work and dedication, you can expect a competitive salary package, including:

$£38,500 per annum (pro rata for part-time)

+ 5% retention bonus

$£39,900 (upon achieving remote approved status)

+ up to 10% bonus

$£41,500 (upon mastering face-to-face delivery)

+ up to 10% bonus

To succeed in this role, you should have one year's post-registration experience in a relevant field, be fully registered with a UK regulatory body, and possess excellent observational and communication skills. Proficiency in typing (at least 30 wpm) and experience with IT systems, including MS Teams, are also required.
