Our Team

As a Pharmacist, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced team members, including our ACPT and Healthcare Partners, to provide a comprehensive range of services to our patients.

The Role

This is a full-time Pharmacist position available in our busy Rhyl branch. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Dispensing prescription medications accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical guidelinesProviding medication counselling and support to patients, answering their questions and addressing concernsCollaborating with healthcare professionals, including doctors and nurses, to optimize patient careConducting medication reviews and ensuring safe and effective medication managementMaintaining accurate patient records and managing pharmacy inventoryProviding immunization services (where applicable)Offering advice on over-the-counter medications and healthcare productsActively participating in health promotion and public health initiatives

Requirements

  • Registered Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
  • Strong commitment to patient care and safety
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
  • Up-to-date knowledge of pharmaceutical products and healthcare trends
  • A flexible and positive approach to problem-solving
