Lawes Insurance Recruitment is seeking a skilled Senior Business Development Executive to join our team in the South Central Region. This role presents an exciting opportunity to drive business growth and expansion within our network.
Job SummaryIn this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic relationships, and delivering exceptional results. You will work closely with our team to share knowledge, best practices, and insights to drive collective success.
Key Accountabilities- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your expertise to expand our client base and revenue streams.
- Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, with a proven track record of success.
- Skills: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft products (Word, Excel, and Outlook) or similar software applications.
- Qualifications: Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and ensure deadlines are met without compromising quality.
The salary for this role is £60,000 per annum, plus benefits and a company car/car allowance.
