Senior Lecturer in Mental Health

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Lecturer in Mental Health to join our team at King's College London. As a leading research institution, we strive to advance the understanding and treatment of mental health disorders.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in mental health research and a proven track record of research excellence. They will be expected to lead a research team, establish collaborations across the IoPPN and KCL, and develop a research programme relevant to mental/neurodevelopmental disorders.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to the development of innovative treatments and approaches to mental health care. The appointee will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to translate insights from discovery science into clinical practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a research team and develop a research programme relevant to mental/neurodevelopmental disorders.
- Establish collaborations across the IoPPN and KCL.
- Develop a research team and contribute to the development of novel therapies and approaches to health and wellbeing.
Requirements:
- PhD in a relevant field.
- Proven track record of research excellence and leadership experience.
- Strong publication record and ability to secure funding.
Benefits:
