The South West London and St George's Mental Health NHS Trust is recruiting a Senior Mental Health Therapist to work in their Sutton team. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a high level of skill and expertise in psychological therapies.

About the Job

In this role, you will be responsible for providing evidence-based psychological interventions for individuals with complex mental health needs. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each client.

What You Will Do
  1. Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs.
  2. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address clients' specific needs and goals.
  3. Provide evidence-based psychological interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, and family therapy.
  4. Maintain accurate records of clients' progress and treatment plans.

You must have a doctoral level training in clinical or counselling psychology, with a strong background in evidence-based psychological therapies. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Salary: £45,839 - £55,750 per annum, dependent on experience.
