We are a leading recruitment agency specialising in the Skills and Employability sectors, looking for a Teaching Assistant Tutor to join our team.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with learners in a dynamic environment, providing support and guidance to help them achieve their goals.
Salary/Package: Up to £32,000 + excellent benefits package (dependent on experience)
Location: Field-based position, requiring flexibility with travel.
About the JobThe ideal candidate will have assessing experience, ideally within STLS/Teaching Assistant, though this is not essential. A recognised Assessor award: D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA is also required.
- Assess and support learners working towards Apprenticeships in Teaching Assistant at level 3 (up to Level 5 if competent to do so).
- Support learners with Functional Skills Maths and English to level 2.
- Deliver via a blended learning approach (Microsoft Teams and face-to-face).
