Job Title: Centre Management and Assessment Specialist

About the Role

MidKent College is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our assessment centre team as a Centre Management and Assessment Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day centre operations, delivering high-quality assessments, and ensuring compliance with NET requirements.

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage centre resources, including materials, tools, and equipment, to ensure smooth running of AM2 centre sessions.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records of assessments, including marking and completion of all relevant paperwork.
  • Liaise with NET verifiers, moderators, and other external bodies to ensure continued quality management and meeting NET contract compliance.
  • Contribute to business planning and performance monitoring, tracking learner progress, and maintaining centre documentation.

Requirements

  • Relevant qualifications and experience in assessment centre management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
