Job Title: Head of Sales Performance

We are seeking an experienced Head of Sales to drive growth and lead our sales team at Blue Cube (PCS), a specialist in portable cold storage.

As a business, we are evolving from a traditional rental model to an innovative 'equipment as a service' approach, with a focus on ESG elements such as wind turbines, EV charge points, battery storage, and heat recovery.

The successful candidate will have experience in selling specialist machinery to food or pharmaceutical manufacturing sectors and a proven track record of building new business relationships and winning new business across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy, leading a team to achieve set targets
  • Employ a technical, consultative, solutions-based sales approach rather than a price-focused strategy
  • Engage with key accounts and support the sales team through regular national travel

Proximity to Head Office: Be based within a reasonable commuting distance of the Midlands for ease of access to our Head Office in Stafford.
