Join Blue Cube (PCS) as Head of Sales Performance

We are seeking an experienced Head of Sales to drive growth and lead our sales team to achieve ambitious targets. As a specialist in portable cold storage, we offer a tailored service and dedicated support to our clients.

With a focus on innovation, we are evolving from a traditional rental model to an 'equipment as a service' approach. Our equipment plans for 2025 include additional ESG elements such as wind turbines, EV charge points, battery storage, and heat recovery.

As a business, we are fortunate to have the backing of Turner, a fourth-generation family investment office, who support our growth plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve set targets
  • Lead a team to drive sales growth and customer engagement
  • Employ a technical, consultative, solutions-based sales approach
  • Engage with key accounts and support the sales team through regular national travel

Proximity to Head Office: Be based within a reasonable commuting distance of the Midlands for ease of access to our Head Office in Stafford.

Requirements:
  • Experience as Head of Sales, National Sales Manager, or Sales Director, ideally within a specialist capital equipment rental business
  • Experience in selling specialist machinery to food or pharmaceutical manufacturing sectors is highly beneficial
  • Demonstrated success in building new business relationships and winning new business across multiple markets
  • Leadership qualities: customer-centric, self-starter, energetic, creative, resilient, and tenacious with strong commercial and financial acumen
