We are seeking an experienced Head of Sales to drive business growth at Blue Cube (PCS), a leading specialist in portable cold storage. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve set targets.

About Us:

Blue Cube (PCS) is a renowned specialist in portable cold storage, offering tailored services and dedicated support. We are evolving from a traditional rental model to an innovative 'equipment as a service' approach, incorporating ESG elements such as wind turbines, EV charge points, battery storage, and heat recovery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive business growth
  • Lead a team to achieve set targets and deliver exceptional results
  • Employ a technical, consultative, solutions-based sales approach
  • Engage with key accounts and support the sales team through regular national travel
  • Be based within a reasonable commuting distance of the Midlands for ease of access to our Head Office in Stafford

Requirements:

  • Experience as Head of Sales, National Sales Manager, or Sales Director, ideally within a specialist capital equipment rental business
  • Experience in selling specialist machinery to food or pharmaceutical manufacturing sectors is highly beneficial
  • Demonstrated success in building new business relationships and winning new business across multiple markets
  • Leadership qualities, including customer-centricity, self-starting, and commercial acumen
