We are seeking an experienced Head of Sales to drive growth and lead our sales team to achieve ambitious targets. As a specialist in portable cold storage, we offer a tailored service and dedicated support to our clients.

Our business is at a pivotal moment, transitioning from a traditional rental model to an innovative 'equipment as a service' approach. This includes the integration of ESG elements such as wind turbines, EV charge points, battery storage, and heat recovery.

We are fortunate to have the backing of Turner, a fourth-generation family investment office, who support our growth plans.

The ideal candidate will have experience as Head of Sales, National Sales Manager, or Sales Director, preferably within a specialist capital equipment rental business. Experience in selling specialist machinery to food or pharmaceutical manufacturing sectors is highly beneficial.

The successful candidate will:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy, leading a team to achieve set targets
  • Employ a technical, consultative, solutions-based sales approach rather than a price-focused strategy
  • Engage with key accounts and support the sales team through regular national travel

Proximity to Head Office: Be based within a reasonable commuting distance of the Midlands for ease of access to our Head Office in Stafford.
