Graduate Development Advisor/Early Careers Advisor

Career Legal is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Graduate Development Advisor/Early Careers Advisor to join their London office on a permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage seat rotations of trainees to meet the firm's resourcing needs while balancing trainee preferences.
  • Moderate and review trainee seat reviews to monitor performance.
  • Assist with trainee application screening, vacation schemes, and in-house recruitment events as needed.
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of previous Graduate Development or Generalist HR experience in a professional services organization/law firm in a similar role.
  • Strong administrative experience with high proficiency in IT skills, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Project management experience, effective presentation skills, and strong communication skills.
