Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, and we're looking for a highly skilled Service Excellence Manager to join our team.

This role comes with an estimated annual salary of £36,210.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a key function within the Customer Support department, working closely with another CS Manager and reporting to the Head of Operations
  • Develop and implement procedures to ensure continuous improvement of processes within the department
  • Coach, mentor, and develop Customer Service Team Leaders and Advisors to ensure exceptional customer service standards
  • Monitor market and competitor activity through customer contact and feedback
  • Participate in the Extended Leadership Team at Greenbean and attend monthly management meetings
