
Service Excellence Manager

We are a rapidly growing tech business based in Newcastle, dedicated to simplifying household bills into one fixed monthly payment. Our innovative approach makes finances easier, reduces time on the phone to suppliers, and decreases admin tasks.
Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, and we're looking for a highly skilled Service Excellence Manager to join our team.
This role comes with an estimated annual salary of £36,210.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a key function within the Customer Support department, working closely with another CS Manager and reporting to the Head of Operations
- Develop and implement procedures to ensure continuous improvement of processes within the department
- Coach, mentor, and develop Customer Service Team Leaders and Advisors to ensure exceptional customer service standards
- Monitor market and competitor activity through customer contact and feedback
- Participate in the Extended Leadership Team at Greenbean and attend monthly management meetings
