Key Responsibilities:- Develop and manage bid response documents for RFI, ITT, RFP, PQQs, and tender responses to a high standard, in accordance with client requirements and the bid framework process.
- Collaborate with the bid team to ensure timely visibility of all opportunities, lead on, write, and project manage bids and proposals from beginning to end.
- Identify, bid for, and maintain position on appropriate sector frameworks.
- Oversee the bid process, ensuring deadlines are met, and manage the commercial tendering process.
- Responsible for the quality of all aspects of the bid, including written documentation and presentation material.
- Work with the Marketing Department to source and coordinate design input to ensure the visual standard of all documentation and presentation material is engaging.
- Assist with the review of contract performance by collating data from Salesforce and customer feedback forms.
- Strong bid knowledge with at least 7 years of experience and ability to work with internal teams to build relationships for winning bids.
- Bid knowledge in Local authority/social care in the public sector would be an advantage.
- High levels of attention to customer relationships and commercial awareness.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud is an advantage.
