BeBee Professionals is seeking a highly skilled Business Growth Manager to join our team in the United Kingdom.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a portfolio of existing clients to ensure their needs are met
  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities with potential clients
  • Preparing and delivering tailored presentations and proposals to clients
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of products and services
  • Tracking and reporting on client satisfaction and account performance
  • Negotiating contracts and renewals with clients to maximize revenue
  • Staying updated on industry trends to inform client strategies
Requirements:

The successful candidate will have:

  • Previous experience as an Account Executive or similar role
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
