We're excited to announce that Get Set UK is expanding its operations and seeking an experienced Strategic Business Alliance Lead to join our team. As a key member of our business development team, you'll play a critical role in driving business growth and revenue increase through strategic partnerships.

About the Role:

We're looking for a seasoned professional with expertise in business alliances and partnership development to lead our business development efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality results, building strong relationships with clients and partners, and identifying new business opportunities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic partnership plans, managing existing partnerships, and identifying new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

We offer a competitive salary of £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including flexible working hours, ongoing training and development opportunities, and a fun and supportive work environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing strategic partnership plans to drive business growth and revenue increase
  • Managing existing partnerships and identifying new business opportunities
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners
  • Ensuring exceptional customer service delivery through effective communication and relationship management

Our ideal candidate will have a degree in a relevant field, such as business or marketing, and a minimum of 5 years' experience in business partnerships or sales. You'll also need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
