About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Swap, a leading software provider dedicated to empowering e-commerce brands. As a key member of our support team, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate customer queries and provide timely and effective solutions
  • Evaluate and escalate complex issues to relevant specialists as needed
  • Respond to customer information requests with accurate and relevant information
  • Collaborate with shipping carriers to resolve shipment issues and submit lost shipment claims
  • Generate shipping carrier labels and submit customs documentation
  • Stay up-to-date with product updates and changes, and continuously update your knowledge base
  • Manage change and adapt to new query types and support areas
Requirements
  • Proven customer support and customer service skills
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • Experience in a similar role is preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and attention to detail skills
  • Knowledge of ecommerce operations is a plus
