About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Administrative Support Specialist to join our Patient Service Centre team at East Kent Hospitals University NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the centre, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

  • Providing exceptional customer service to patients and stakeholders
  • Managing and maintaining accurate records and data
  • Supporting the recruitment process by coordinating events and interviews
Requirements
  • Previous office experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
