About the Job:
As a Mental Health and Learning Mentor at Academics Ltd, you will play a vital role in supporting students with mental health issues, Autism, ADHD, and other special educational needs. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing individualized support to students, working closely with teachers and support staff to develop and implement personalized support plans.

Main Responsibilities:
- To provide one-to-one and group support to students with mental health issues, Autism, and other special educational needs
- To work closely with teachers to develop and implement individualized support plans
- To maintain accurate records of student progress and development
- To contribute to the development of new programs and initiatives to support students with SEN
Salary: £80-£95 per day, depending on experience
Location: Newbury
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 3:30pm
Working Hours: 35 hours per week
