Job Overview

Smart Club Solutions, a membership management software and apps developer based in Belfast and Downpatrick, is seeking a part-time finance professional for an exciting opportunity. As we approach the launch of our new website and plan marketing and recruitment activities, we require an individual with experience in accounting system operation, accounts reconciliation, payment processing, and VAT returns preparation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Xero accounting system and maintain accurate records
  • Prepare and submit VAT returns and EC Sales Lists
  • Assist with payroll administration and generate management reports in Excel
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in financial operations, preferably with Xero or similar accounting systems
  • Familiarity with NI Protocol compliance processes and willingness to learn
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
