PA and Event Manager for Heritage Organisation

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide efficient administrative support to our Director
- Assist with the planning and delivery of VIP events and project launches across London
- Set up site visits to projects across London and coordinate meetings
- Maintain accurate records on our donor database
- Coordinate the organisation and delivery of indoor and outdoor events, including project launches, private lunches, and dinners, talks, tours, and our annual conference

Requirements:
- Excellent IT skills, including Excel
- Experience of using a CRM database (desired)
- Flexible and proactive approach, with ability to work well under pressure
- Interest in heritage, arts, and creative engagement opportunities for young people

What We Offer:
- Competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum
