Heritage Programme Coordinator

We're looking for an experienced volunteer manager to join our team at English Heritage, where we care for England's most important buildings and monuments. As a key member of our site team and HR & Volunteering team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing new offers in volunteering opportunities that cater to current sector trends and local community needs. This includes managing and delivering recruitment, training, support, retention, and recognition of volunteers engaged in all areas of our work.
As a seasoned volunteer manager, you will have experience working with local communities and possess a coaching style that develops individuals and teams for high performance. You will also ensure that all aspects of the volunteer programme are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
With a salary from £29,343 per annum and 36 hours of work per week, this is an incredible opportunity to progress your career within the heritage sector. Benefits include 25 days' holiday plus Bank Holidays pro rata, matched pension contributions up to 10%, flexible hours, and much more.
