Strategic Supporter Journey Designer

As a key member of the Brooke team, we are seeking a highly skilled Supporter Journeys Manager to join our FundComm department. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to take on a new challenge and make a significant impact on our supporter engagement strategy.
About You
We're looking for someone who is organised, target-driven, and has strong experience in coordinating cross-team projects. You will be responsible for designing and delivering automated supporter journeys across all channels, including email and SMS marketing platforms. Your role will also involve advising and governing all FundComm automated journeys and online forms to ensure they maximise engagements, income, and conversions.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Design and deliver automated supporter journeys using Dynamics 365 marketing platform
* Collaborate with FundComm teams to create and support delivery of a cohesive automated Supporter Journeys Strategy
* Oversee testing program on website and online conversion forms
* Ensure all journeys are designed to meet FundComm goals while providing an optimal supporter experience
* Line manage the Supporter Engagement & Experience Officer and Senior Journeys Officer
