SEN Behaviour Mentor SEMH Focus

We are seeking a SEN Behaviour Mentor to support students with Social Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs in Sutton, London.
The role involves providing 1:1 and group mentoring to students with SEMH needs, assisting in developing behaviour management strategies, and working with the SENCO and staff to ensure progress in both academic and personal development.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing individualised support to students with SEMH needs
- Developing and implementing behaviour management plans
- Collaborating with teaching staff and parents to ensure student progress
The successful candidate will have experience working with children with SEMH needs, strong understanding of behaviour management techniques, and excellent communication and teamwork skills.
A competitive salary and benefits package is offered to successful candidates. The estimated annual salary for this role is £28,000 - £35,000 depending on experience.
