About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Telesales Representative to join our team at Musgrave Marketplace & Drinks Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and marketing our product range to new and existing customers, ensuring customer retention and business growth through exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively promote and market our product range to new and existing customers.
- Ensure customer retention and business growth through the provision of exceptional customer service.
- Make proactive telesales calls to existing and potential customers.
- Process orders and enquiries over the phone.
- Inform customers of sales promotions and new product launches.
- Maximize the distribution of foodservice, retail, and beverages to our client base.
- Support Business Development Managers with pricing, cold calling, and upselling.
- Provide administrative support, including logging on our system, opening new accounts, and supporting contract reviews.
Requirements
- Previous experience working in a busy working environment.
- Excellent organizational, administrative, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Proficiency in the use of computer packages.
