At Mercedes AMG High Performance Powertrains, we are seeking a talented Engineer to join our team as a Build Placement Programme participant. This 12-month programme is designed to provide you with hands-on experience and the opportunity to contribute to the assembly of our Championship Winning Hybrid Power Unit.


As part of the Build Support Team, you will be responsible for ensuring the precise assembly of high-performance components using highly repeatable methods. Your ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and respond to performance improvements will be crucial to our team's success.


This programme offers a unique opportunity to work on the final assembly and shipping of our Hybrid Power Unit in Formula 1. You will contribute to the development of our Power Unit and gain valuable experience working with a talented team of engineers.

We are looking for a curious, tenacious, and driven individual with a passion for working in a fast-paced environment. You will be on track to achieve a minimum of 2:1, or above, in an Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Automotive degree and have experience working with Siemens NX or Visual Basic.
