Join Our Team as a Programme Coordinator

At Place2Be, we're committed to providing mental health support to children and young people. As a Programme Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in delivering our training programmes, ensuring that students receive the best possible experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage course scheduling, venue booking, and trainer arrangements to ensure seamless programme delivery.
  • Maintain and update programme content and learning resources on e-learning platforms like Hive and Moodle.
  • Coordinate with the Data & Finance Officer to keep student and course booking details current in the Charity CRM system.
  • Handle student registration with accrediting bodies, manage work submissions, and process documents for moderation and verification.
  • Issue completion letters and certificates to students and ensure website information is accurate.
  • Collaborate with the Placements Team to identify placements for Level 5 students and ensure adequate training for CoPs.
  • Promote training courses to boost applications and confirmed attendees.
Customer Engagement & Student Experience:
  • Communicate important information to students before, during, and after their courses.
  • Address safeguarding concerns, student complaints, or additional support requests by escalating issues to the Programme Manager and Programme Lead.
  • Create and manage feedback surveys for students and trainers to assist in programme evaluation.
  • Track student progress and ensure accurate attendance records.
Strong Administrative Abilities:
  • High attention to detail with experience in managing administrative responsibilities for training programmes or educational courses.
