The Role

As a Spa Therapist at Alexander House Hotel & Utopia Spa, you will be responsible for providing exceptional spa treatments to our guests.

  • Deliver a range of face and body treatments, including manicures and pedicures.
  • Provide full body massages to male and female guests.
  • Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction by communicating effectively and listening to their needs.
  • Be confident in discussing products and retailing.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth spa operations.

The Requirements

  • Flexibility to work a minimum of 4-hour shifts, with regular full shifts available.
  • NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy or equivalent is essential.
  • Completion of a trade test with the Spa Manager prior to recruitment.
  • Desired experience in Temple Spa, pregnancy massage, hot stones massage, bamboo massage, and reflexology would be advantageous.
