The Role

We are seeking a skilled Spa Therapist to join our team at Alexander House Hotel & Utopia Spa. As a key member of our spa team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and delivering a range of treatments to our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide face and body treatments, including manicures and pedicures
  • Deliver full body massages to male and female guests
  • Communicate effectively with guests to ensure their needs are met
  • Work collaboratively with the spa team to ensure smooth operations
  • Be knowledgeable about our products and services

The Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in beauty therapy, with a minimum of NVQ Level 3. You should also be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including full and part-time hours.

Desirable Skills

  • Experience of working in a spa environment
  • Knowledge of Temple Spa products
  • Skills in pregnancy massage, hot stones massage, and reflexology
