About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Therapist to join our team at Alexander House Hotel & Utopia Spa. As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and delivering a wide range of face and body treatments to our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a variety of face and body treatments, including manicures, pedicures, and full-body massages.
  • Communicate effectively with guests to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Work collaboratively with the spa team to ensure smooth operations and excellent guest experience.
  • Be knowledgeable about our products and services, and make recommendations to guests as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety protocols.

Requirements

  • NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous experience in a spa or beauty therapy setting.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a high level of professionalism.
