The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Spa Therapist to join our team at Alexander House Hotel & Utopia Spa. As a key member of our spa team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences through a range of face and body treatments, including manicures, pedicures, and full-body massages.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality treatments to guests, ensuring a relaxing and rejuvenating experience.
  • Communicate effectively with guests to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Work collaboratively with the spa team to ensure smooth operations and excellent guest service.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and product knowledge to provide expert advice to guests.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and safe working environment.

Requirements

  • NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy or equivalent is essential.
  • Previous experience in a spa environment is desirable.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and bank holidays.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and maintain confidentiality.
