About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at TFG London. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving sales growth in our O2 Outlet store.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer engagement.
- Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
- Collaborate with the Assistant Manager and/or Manager to achieve business objectives and implement company initiatives.
- Provide coaching and training to sales associates to improve their sales and customer service skills.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a retail management role, with a strong track record of sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze sales data and make informed business decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
