About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Retail Supervisor to join our TFG London team in our O2 Outlet store. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service and support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Work closely with the in-store team to achieve sales targets and promote our premium products.
  • Maintain a commercial approach to the role, handling transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist in maintaining a high level of store appearance and organization, ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proven experience in a retail environment, with a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and holidays, to meet the needs of the business.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
