Job Title: Head of Clinical Development, Neuropsychiatry

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Head of Clinical Development, Neuropsychiatry to join our team at The RFT Group. As a key member of our BioPharmaceutical Division, you will be responsible for leading the design and execution of clinical development plans for our neuropsychiatry assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design of clinical development plans for neuropsychiatry assets, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Develop and implement clinical development strategies to support the registration and commercialization of neuropsychiatry products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including medical, scientific, and business stakeholders, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Provide scientific and medical leadership to clinical development teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality clinical data and regulatory submissions.
  • Manage and oversee the development of clinical trial protocols, study designs, and statistical analysis plans.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including ICH GCP, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory developments in the field of neuropsychiatry.

Requirements:

  • MD with residency in psychiatry, or equivalent experience in clinical development.
  • Proven track record of leading clinical development teams and delivering successful regulatory submissions.
  • Strong scientific and medical knowledge of neuropsychiatry, including current treatment paradigms and emerging therapeutic approaches.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to travel as required.
